FACIAL AGING FACTORS
I will single out important and other factors of facial aging.
« For me personally, natural beauty is uniqueness »
Is it possible to keep the natural shape of the face as long as possible? Really. The first is to NOT follow the imposition of society, various fashions and trends, think sensibly and take care of the health of the whole body. From a young age, you need to build habits at least: do not wrinkle, wear sunglasses, do not burn in the sun, use sunscreen, monitor facial expressions, take care of your skin and be in shape, monitor your posture, take care of your teeth and stop being nervous. If you have poor eyesight, you should at least buy glasses and wear them regularly. High-quality cosmetics, a competent and integrated approach, the use of hardware methods, will give you an irresistible result.
I recommend everyone to exercise and move. This is a benefit for the whole frame of the body. And we all know the frame is the fascia.

The quality of the skin is one of the unconditional components of external attractiveness. However, unbalanced nutrition, stress, unfavorable ecology in the metropolis, passion for solarium, smoking, improperly selected care products, alas, work against the skin. All the more relevant is regular cosmetic care, which helps to preserve the natural beauty and health of the skin, prolong its youth.
To maintain the shape of the face, the collar zone is very important, which should not be tense, the occipital muscle, the cervical region, the lateral muscles of the neck, our trapezius muscles, the sternocleidomastoid muscle, etc., it is these muscles that pull the face down and the angle of youth is buried in ptosis. Yes, there is no gravitational ptosis. Don’t be fooled! Here I will add a posture, a clamped sternum, which must be opened. If the spine has problems, do not expect changes in the face. I’ll also add the chewing muscle, which is directly related to stress and teeth, including. The topic of stress in the aging of the face, I would single out in the first place. Stress makes huge changes in our body and adversely affects the shape of the face and the quality of the skin. And so, the muscles of the face, ligaments, fascia, the entire collar zone need to be relaxed. Getting rid of knots, clamps, so that all substances with blood can flow to the skin. Of course, the lymph that needs to be pumped should also work well, again, work with the whole body. Any activity is the movement of lymph, the flow of blood to the tissues. And the blood, as everyone knows, with all the nutrients is “life itself” – it is “food” for the skin.
Working with the fascia of the face is very important for maintaining shape. They literally stick together and grow without movement. Therefore, it happens that people do not see changes from cosmetic procedures. It doesn’t change or improve anything. Perhaps something will give the appearance of rejuvenation, artificially created, hiding imperfections. Proper massage techniques relieve stress and will be a plus for rejuvenating the skin of the face and body.
An important and best investment is teeth. You must have a full row of teeth and a correct bite. It changes facial features. Avoid tooth wear whenever possible. This is a scientifically proven fact. Facial deformity and tissue sagging. Just do not shift to the above, as a lack of this in care. With a wave of your hand and you can do nothing or that you have no money, time AND GENERALLY THERE IS NO EXIT. It’s better to do something than nothing at all, believe me. All this works together and gives excellent results. Draw your own conclusions.
Without this, there will not be, so to speak, the proper result. Sometimes clients may be disappointed or not achieve results with some procedures by a beautician.
Natural rejuvenation is work. Yes, it’s not for everyone. Yes, it’s not for the lazy people. And yes, that may not be the case for you. You prefer other methods – It’s your choice.
Dense swelling and immobility of the face does not make you young, BE HEALTHY AND UNIQUE!
